PACKAGING: Our tubers are marked with a code and variety name that will also be on the bags.
SHIPPING: Via USPS Flat Rate according to how many tubers and their size fit in the named box, we will try our best to keep shipping to a minimum.
ORDER & PAYMENT: Orders are processed by the date received. Payments via Pay Pal will be requested after your order is reviwed. Therefore you have reserved the varities you selcted.
ADDITIONAL ORDERS: Orders cannot be amended online. Please email me if there are any questions
CANCELLED ORDERS; Are subject to a $10.00 or 10% whichever is greater for processing and restocking fees.
RETURNS: We want all of our customers to be happy with their selections. If there is a problem with your order, please email us within 7 days so we can address this. A 25% restocking fee will apply, shipping and handling is non-refundable.
